With Hugo Weaving as Mitz/Tick, but weaving is great in any movie.
I've been a fan of Weaving since the matrix and I think it's great he has a great diversity in his role-picking : Elrond (lotr) agent Smith(matrix) - V- Mitzi - Abberline(wolfman)...

With Joaquin Phoenix as Commodus, because Commodus is awesome :D and so is Phoenix .
and last but not least :
Hopkins in the hannibal trilogy but I'm saving that one for the villain list
